Prints and artwork are packaged in waterproof cellophane sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers. Posters and large prints are rolled in paper and shipped in hard mailing tubes. Other products such as small accessories are packaged in waterproof cellophane sleeves and shipped in extra padded bubble mailers or boxes.

PACKAGING


Please note the following temporary shipping changes due to Covid-19:

US Domestic Orders: USPS First Class and Priority Mail services continue to have occasional delays. Please allow a couple of extra days of transit time before suspecting if your package has been lost. If you suspect your package has been lost, please email me.

International Orders: Please expect delays on all international orders, in some cases up to 2 to 3 months of transit time. If you do not receive your package within 40 days of shipment, please email me at chanelsharris@gmail.com, so I can send you a replacement, file an insurance claim, or issue a refund.

COVID-19 INFORMATION


Orders are generally shipped within 1 week of your purchase. Please understand that I'm only one person processing orders with a busy scheduled, and allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. International orders may take longer, depending on the transit times of your country.

United States

  • Priority Mail - 3 to 5 business days

  • First Class - 5 to 10 business days

Canada

  • First Class International - 10 to 25 business days

Please make sure the shipping address provided at check out is correct, as well as on emailed invoices. If the wrong shipping address has been provided, the order can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

SHIPPING


All prints and original artwork are final sale. However, if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact me via email chanelsharris@gmail.com as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. I do require that you send me a clear photo(s) of the damage and I may request that the item be sent back.

Please do not contact me about your order on social media like Twitter, Instagram, etc. as I will likely not see your message.

RETURNS


I have never had a package go missing, but in the unusual case you suspect your package has been lost during transit, please contact me chanelsharris@gmail.com. I will be able to verify if your order has shipped and check the tracking status. In most cases a delivery was attempted and your package might be waiting at your local post office.

LOST PACKAGES


Currently, I ship orders within the United States and Internationally. Please keep in mind due to rising shipping rates that shipping international will be expensive. If you are interested in purchasing my work and require any special instructions or more information regarding shipping, please contact me, so we can figure out a shipping quote from your country.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred. I will not falsify customs information by marking a package as a gift or changing the prices.
