    • Photo References: I require at least 2 to 3 photo reference for your commission of your tattoo, pet, fantasy creature, character, etc.

    • Any general info about the commission, example - what you might like captured in the piece, etc.

  • Color Palette: You are welcome to send me photo references for color palettes. Please select the options below to give me a general idea if you’re giving me artist freedom.

  • Additional Add-ons:

    • Please read carefully though my prices and which add-ons I accept for the commission type you’re requesting.

    • Example: If you would like to add another pet to your pet portrait commission or a floral/decorative element.

  • Payment & Process

  • Once your form has been filled out, I will send an invoice for the total cost of the commission.

    • Please understand that all payments are non-refundable. You will be given 5 business days to pay the invoice. If you change your mind or can no longer afford the commission, please cancel the commission during the 5 business day invoice period.

  • Shipping & Handling

    • Do you prefer First Class Mail or Priority Mail?

    • Do you prefer your painting shipped in an extra rigid envelope or a flat style box?

    • Will you require additional postal services such as insurance, signature confirmation, etc.?

      • First Class - Ranges from $5 to $16.80 depending on size and weight.

      • Priority Mail - Ranges from $16.80 to $22.65 depending on size.

        • Please request upfront if you prefer your commission to be shipped in a flat style box or if you require any additional postal services such as insurance, signature confirmation, etc. so I can calculate the price accordingly.
